We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst with the following qualifications: 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance and Data Analytics. Strong experience in underwriting risk analysis, risk triage, pricing, issuance, operation team management, and the full end-to-end insurance lifecycle. Solid experience in writing requirement specifications based on Agile methodologies that employ the Epic, Feature, User Story approach. Participate in all aspects of the data lifecycle, including data pipelining, data analysis, and data visualization, to ensure effective execution. Proven experience and knowledge in modelling insurance processes and practices into software features and functions. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of data quality checks and controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Process analysis, data mapping, and data analytical skills using SQL and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business and technical writing skills.
