They are now seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist claims managers in handling claims, with a view to developing your skills and progressing into a Claims Manager position. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the insurance department as needed and assist in the management of motor and employer liability (EL) claims.

Experience in an office or administrative role is essential, with strong data entry skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company within a dynamic and niche industry, offering a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities:

Assist with insured claims across the network Enter settlement details onto banking system for payment Premium & claim reporting to Baxendales for all network companies on a monthly basis Supplying all requested information to Baxendales auditors during the annual audit process Personal Attributes:

Accurate data input is essential Must have office/admin experience Customer focused with ability to sympathetically interact with customers in order to best resolve their claims Structured and organised with good attention to detail A flexible approach and positive attitude An organised and proactive approach
