About The Job: As an Account Executive, you will join their dynamic team, working with clients and insurers on a daily basis. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the best advice, products, and service. You will have the opportunity to convey our client's unique values and establish rapport with new customers.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance coverage Assess customer needs and tailor insurance products to suit their requirements Collaborate with the team and insurers to process quotes and issue policy documents Manage renewals and negotiate terms with underwriters Develop a deep understanding of the target market and specific industry needs Continuously learn about insurance products to enhance your knowledge and expertise

About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities: Experience within Insurance, commercial is advantageous Committed, diligent, and perseverance in handling demanding tasks Team player who is supportive and fosters a sense of camaraderie Quick learner, willing to develop in-depth knowledge of insurance products Demonstrate integrity, show care and understanding whilst prioritising the customer Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Support in the role: Provided with a dedicated phone line and email address to communicate with customers Access to the integrated telephony system and customer database for efficient call handling Extensive training on the brand voice and use of digital tools Customised IT systems to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
