Job Description Permanent Ref: F0234 Dacorum Borough Council is a district council in West Hertfordshire covering the towns of Tring, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. We are investing in our borough, building our own housing as well as improving existing properties. We are looking to appoint an Insurance Officer to join our Insurance and Risk Team. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with customer contact through telephone and email; managing customers' housing contents accounts, dealing with customer enquiries and insurance claims.
