The team at Insurance1 Broking is backed by iRevolution Group and has over 50 years of combined experience working in the insurance field, behind the scenes in multiple well-respected insurance brokerages servicing the UK customer base and have learned from their wide-ranging experiences. The team has set up a new broker in Stockport town centre and is keen to grow the team to become a market leader in the UK insurance arena.

by understanding their needs to
tailor insurance solutions
that meet those needs. Experience in
customer service is essential ; however, this doesn't need to be from a telephone-based role. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance sales; however, this is not a requirement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a growing team environment with the chance to progress and join us in our brand new, stylish office in Stockport Town Centre from the very start. The Role - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat - Find and negotiate insurance policies on behalf of clients - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Handle some sales administration tasks efficiently Experience Required: - Strong customer service skills - Computer literate - Detail-oriented - Desire to help Desired: - Experience in insurance sales or customer service If you think you have what it takes to join our team, apply today.
