Aviva is looking for a dynamic Insurance Propositions Specialist to join our Retail team and contribute to our exciting growth journey. We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, and to find data-driven solutions to performance issues through business insight allowing us to make astute commercial trading decisions to drive the business forward. A bit about the job:

As an Insurance Propositions Specialist at Aviva, you will play a key role in driving performance improvements across our personal lines business. You’ll work closely with both home and car trading teams, managing initiatives to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes. Your role will focus on leveraging data to inform decisions, refine customer journeys, optimise pricing and enhance product propositions to ensure Aviva is ahead of competitors. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, lead key trading initiatives, and contribute to our goal of becoming the number one insurer in the market. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the personal lines insurance market. Proven experience in delivering both customer and commercial trading improvements. Ability to inspire and lead virtual teams through effective stakeholder management and relationship building. A natural curiosity and desire to drive continuous business improvements and experience in car insurance. Confidence in challenging the status quo, simplifying processes, and adapting quickly to change. What you’ll get for this role:
