Supporting the Group Market Management Team, you will attend key insurer meetings both in person & via Teams & be responsible for:

Providing insightful, accurate & timely management information by partnering with MI teams to design and provide regular reporting to all appropriate stakeholders, both internally & externally in line with respective service agreements Interpreting data, seeking trends and translating this into valued insights for the business and our partner insurers Work Closely with the Group Market Management Director to track delivery of insurer service agreements, including collating evidence from varying areas of the group. Building relationships with key insurers & working with key insurers to agree uniformity in data provision Building & maintaining close internal relationships across the UK Divisions to assist with the provision of obtaining & sharing insurer data Collating insurer MI to utilise in providing meaningful insight Keeping abreast of Group activity & changes including international businesses & M&A activity to assist with the compilation of insurer packs. Preparation of monthly & quarterly business review packs for key insurers for external use. Preparation of a monthly insurer pack for internal circulation to ensure the business is kept up to date around key insurer changes & market developments. Attending key insurer meetings, both in person & via Teams Key to role is understanding our value proposition, placement strategy, products, services and portfolio solutions, both internally and to carriers and resolving any potential issues & challenges that may arise.

Skills/knowledge needed

Proficient in the use of MS Powerpoint, Word & Excel An understanding of the insurance market Ability to self-motivate, problem solve, being creative & resourceful Excellent relationship skills Strong Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & work under pressure High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines Good analytical skills Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team Ability to present information in a manner that is appropriate to required audience Strong analytical skills with a motivation to learn.
