Managing your priorities and focus areas, to deliver key performance or service targets. Utilising your expertise to help deliver results and resolve issues to ensure the smooth settlement of premium to Aon’s trading partners. Contributing and potentially leading meetings with business stakeholders and carriers to align on priorities or other areas of focus, influencing colleagues where required to make sure the right outcomes are being delivered Proposing activities or workstreams to improve our end-to-end service - participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives in the organization to help achieve identified goals Working collaboratively with our outsource partners to deliver results and improve service Understanding complex internal and external accounting problems and develop solutions Ensuring procedures and controls within your limits of authority are adhered to How this opportunity is different
