Integral Staff is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Contracts Manager to join a thriving landscaping business based in Ashford, covering projects across South East Kent. If you have a passion for landscaping and are looking to develop your project management skills, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role: As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and delivery of landscaping contracts, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites, coordinating teams and liaising with clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of landscaping contracts, ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget. Supervising and supporting site teams, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth project operations. Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Assisting in the preparation of reports, budgets, and project documentation. Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues to keep projects on track. Supporting the Contracts Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships. What We're Looking For: Experience in the landscaping industry, with a strong understanding of contract management. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams. A good understanding of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel across South East Kent as needed. Why Join Us?
