As a Band 6 Triage and Assessment Paramedic, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions but be supported by our experienced team of senior clinicians, practice coaches, and multi-disciplinary colleagues. HCP Registered Paramedic Evidence of Acute Experience Qualifications
HCPC Registered Paramedic Evidence of undertaking regular update training and continuous personal professional development as required by regulating body Ability to work a rotating shift pattern including nights and weekends Relevant clinical practice in frontline care or telephone-based triage Able to demonstrate strong listening and communication skills Able to work on own initiative Evidence of clinical decision making Demonstrates an ability to work within a team Computer literate Ability to speak Welsh The Trust actively seeks to recruit and appoint people currently underrepresented in the workforce, including women, people with disabilities, LGBT, and those from minority ethnic groups.
