We are looking for a proactive and skilled Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator with advanced MS application skills to support the development, maintenance and improvement of our tri-ISO certified Management System.

The Role
The IMS Coordinator will be responsible for providing strong administrative support primarily to the QHSE Director and additionally to broader operational aspects of the UK business, especially at the Farnborough site, in support of the ISO certified Integrated Management System (IMS). A particular focus of the role will be the preparation and management of documented information.
This position is based in Farnborough, Hampshire and belongs to the Technologies Division Europe & Asia, reporting to the QHSE Director.

Key Responsibilities
The IMS Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Complaints administration – support the QHSE Director and Services Director to ensure customer complaints are recorded and processed.
- Asset Management support – working with colleagues and external providers to ensure assets are serviced and/or calibrated according to agreed schedules.
- Administration of safety-related training – track renewable events for health and safety and liaise with trainee and training provider to ensure training is planned, delivered and recorded.
- BMS Document Management – Lead the ongoing maintenance of documented information.
- Classified Workers – Maintain Radiation Safety Passports.
- Support real-time and batch screening of customers and vendors.
- Support export control – Assist with the maintenance of product classification records.
- Participate in QHSE-related audit activities.
- Provide administrative support during integrated management system audits.
- Assist in the preparation of QHSE performance dashboards, using MS Office applications.
- Participate in visual management projects and initiatives.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of an IMS Coordinator are:
- NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering/technology environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft, Excel. Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable skills in the preparation and management of documented information (e.g. operations manuals and standard operating procedures)
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to assess priorities and work on own initiative
- Results focused and committed to achieving deadlines
- Understanding the importance of and maintaining confidentiality
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
