About the role As an Integrated QA Engineer at FIDO Tech, you’ll be a crucial part of the Relay IoT project team, ensuring the reliability and performance of our IoT systems. You will work closely with developers and product teams to implement a robust testing strategy that encompasses firmware integration, backend systems, and user-facing applications. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans for the entire Relay IoT system, covering API, firmware, and frontend components. Implement automated test pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Validate real-time data processing and packet handling functionalities, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Conduct field testing to replicate real-world usage scenarios for IoT devices. Test the integration of

or
Azure IoT Hub
with backend systems and ensure high availability. Identify and document issues, collaborating with developers to implement fixes. Report on QA metrics, including bug density and test coverage, and contribute to sprint retrospectives. Qualifications: 3+ years of QA experience, preferably with IoT or distributed systems. Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest) and CI/CD platforms. Experience testing APIs and backend systems with tools like Postman or JMeter. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or similar) and IoT systems ( CoIoTe or Azure IoT Hub ). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
