Job Overview The Integrated Business Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving the company’s long-term planning and alignment across key business functions. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring that sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations work together to deliver on business goals. The role focuses on balancing strategic plans and operational execution. Responsibilities Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process: Own and manage the company’s IBP process, ensuring it is effectively implemented and executed across all relevant departments. Facilitate quarterly IBP cycles, ensuring alignment between financial, operational, and strategic goals. Lead cross-functional IBP meetings, bringing together sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to review and adjust plans based on forecasted Sales & Marketing activity. Ownership of all in market activity across the Freixenet Copestick portfolio (owned & agency brands) Key point of contact for in market activation plans across agency brands Skills Proven experience in an Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar role within the FMCG sector Commercially astute and entrepreneurial Strong influencing skills with ability to adapt style to others Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
