Integration Delivery Manager Location: Remote RS Group is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Integration Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader with a proven ability to manage people, oversee multi-million-pound technology platforms, and drive strategic business transformations. You’ll bring technical expertise in Enterprise Integration, coupled with a strong track record in delivering software solutions and leading technical teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using both Waterfall and lean methodologies. You will play a key role in delivering seamless and efficient integration solutions, ensuring systems meet business needs and comply with industry standards, while also managing environments, release processes, and technical team performance.

What You’ll Be Doing As an Integration Delivery Manager, you will: Deliver strategic initiatives, small-scale changes, and large-scale technology projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and architects responsible for project delivery, setting objectives and tracking their performance. Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving blockers, prioritization, and providing technical guidance. Take ownership of solution design and architecture for SAP and non-SAP integrations. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the development and deployment of integrations aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Review and approve technical integration solutions and associated changes, ensuring compliance with security standards and performance guidelines. Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate middleware tools and technologies for business value. Ensure system scalability and optimization to meet business needs and service-level agreements (SLAs). Maintain and manage the technical debt backlog for integration platforms to ensure a lean and maintainable landscape. Oversee development processes and ensure adherence to best practices by development teams. Successfully implement ERP and eCommerce integration solutions aligned with organizational standards. Work with global business partners to identify opportunities for implementing best practices. Coach and mentor junior developers to build a strong and skilled team.

About You As the ideal candidate, you will bring exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing integration services. You excel at collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery, system optimization, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in people management, including leading technical delivery teams and recruiting senior technical roles. Strong expertise in integration strategy and architecture development. Proficiency in enterprise-grade integration technologies such as IBM, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, or similar platforms. Demonstrable experience building SAP interfaces with middleware platforms, including Cloud Platform Integration. Experience integrating systems like Salesforce, Ariba, Workday, SuccessFactors, eCommerce, and SAP. Solid knowledge of key adapters and connectivity technologies (File, RFC, SFTP, SOAP/REST, BAPIs, JMS, B2B, etc.). Experience with monitoring frameworks and logging for integration platforms. Proven ability to ensure systems are scaled and optimized to meet business requirements and SLAs. Strong expertise in project delivery, from definition to execution, across the full lifecycle. Understanding of EDI X.12 and experience building EDI maps (a plus). Experience supervising and coordinating onshore and offshore teams.
