EY seeks a Power & Utilities professional with experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) to join our EMEIA Digital Grid consulting practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be at the forefront of digitising the network utilities operations to facilitate the energy transition. As part of the Digital Grid team, you will work with global companies, combining your technical expertise, proven consulting skills, and industry knowledge to help solve their most complex problems in the design and implementation of OT systems and processes. Key responsibilities: Advising clients on the delivery of digital grid programmes and projects, including:

Contributing to clients’ OT strategy, business case, and roadmap Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements Designing the business and solution architecture for implementing OT solutions Developing detailed activity, resource, and cost plans for implementing OT solutions Supporting the procurement and evaluation of OT products and services (e.g., ADMS, DERMS) Producing tender documentation, supporting bidders, valuation of tenders, and managing contracts Driving systems and applications functional and technical design with various vendors, OEMs, and other providers Designing business processes in utility operations while navigating the organizational change that comes with large programmes Designing, planning, and managing delivery of utility/OT data services common in these programmes, such as data assessments, collection, migration, validation Designing, planning, and managing delivery of testing services on large system implementation projects Designing, planning, and managing delivery of integration interfaces

Maintaining relationships with existing and future clients, generating and maintaining customer-oriented commercial material, and participating in or leading their engagements Collaborating to generate thought leadership articles and new digital grid insights Building relationships with key stakeholders, both with the client and internally at EY Integrating into a high-performing, geographically dispersed team focused on winning in the market Minimum required skills: Significant experience (5+ years) working on OT projects within Power & Utilities Experience providing advisory services and possessing core consulting skillsets Proven experience with OT systems and applications such as:

Advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) Outage management systems (OMS) Distribution management systems (DMS) Distributed energy resource management systems (DERMS)

Awareness of the P&U technology landscape and the vendor ecosystem Familiarity with applicable standards used in OT project delivery Familiarity with applicable technologies used in OT project delivery Familiarity with applicable project management and execution methodologies Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate both written and verbally at a professional level Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience working with multiple utilities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa Experience and skills in IT integration Experience and skills in utility IT/OT integration Experience in additional, OT-adjacent systems such as:

Geographical information systems (GIS) Flexibility platforms

Proficiency in other languages including French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Arabic Education: BS/BA degree is essential (preferably, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar technical degree) from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
