We have ongoing, flexible shifts available with either full or part-time hours to suit your availability. You will be working with the team across all areas within the Intensive Care Unit (ITU) and be experienced with the required equipment such as that used to support ventilated patients. You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, providing a first-class service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of these patients and their families. Duties will include:

Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment. Reviewing, planning and implementing care for patients. Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including liaising with families. The candidate: What you'll need:

You must be an RGN with a minimum 12 months UK experience within Critical Care settings. Recognised post-graduate Critical Care qualification. Competence in delivering a high level of critical care. Ability to analyse and put into practice evidence-based practice. Ability to exercise rational judgement when escalating issues. You must hold a valid NMC PIN. Up-to-date training certificates.
