Qualified RGN with previous experience of working at Band 5 or above in a health or social care setting. Experience of developing and implementing new services within the NHS. Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to the work area. Knowledge of the challenges surrounding complex discharge planning. Knowledge of rehabilitation and continuing care provision.
