are recruiting! We are looking to recruit an Interim Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo) to join our clients School Trust. We are looking for a dynamic and confident person who has the passion, energy, skills and knowledge to make a difference. The trust is also looking for someone with experience who is able to support their Trust Director of SEND, Inclusion and Safeguarding and embed the SEND Strategy across both schools.

We are looking for an Interim Assistant Headteacher (SENCO) who is:

An outstanding SENCo and an inspiring leader Able to provide the vision and effective leadership that will further develop the provision. Able to make a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the schools. Able to assist the Senior Leadership team in leading, motivating and enabling staff to provide the highest standard of education for all pupils. In all aspects of the post, able to actively promote the educational aims and ethos of the trust and have the energy, enthusiasm and organisational skills to make things happen. Able to lead on SEND, outreach work, reintegration and transition. Flexible, adaptable and can demonstrate resilience, energy and commitment to manage the varied demands of the role.
