One of our clients based in Cumbria is looking for a Building (Stock Condition) Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend.
Ideally you will:
Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Be based in a commutable distance to Cumbria (3 days in office, rest is WFH)
Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting Stock Condition Surveys.
Performing general Building Surveying duties.
Interviews will be taking place as soon as this week and next week!
