Manage the Heads of Service, Finance Manager, and Personal Assistants. Align operations with the organisation's vision and goals. Optimise organisational structure for sustainable success. Drive income growth and pursue new strategic opportunities. Essential Requirements, Qualifications & Experience: Critical understanding of the issues, policies, challenges and opportunities of the empowerment agenda along with political awareness. An ability to interpret policy and a strong understanding of the policy-making process. Effective, confident and credible networker with a proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels with multiple stakeholder groups. Demonstrable record of success in providing high-quality, customer-focused services and outcomes. Proven track record of commercial acumen and ability to generate income.
