Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care. Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual needs. Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children. Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing children's homes, ideally with a focus on complex care. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements (Ofsted, CQC, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and lead by example in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
