Interim Commercial Manager - NEC
Rate:
£454 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client:
Major Public Sector organisation
Location:
Hybrid and 2-3 days per week in Croydon
Duration:
Contract ASAP to end of March 2025
An Interim Commercial Manager, to support a major Public Sector organisation on their NEC Fleet and Depot projects.
You will work closely across Project Managers, Project Engineers, Cost Managers and Planners to raise applications for payment, respond to any supplier queries, prepare documents for tenders, and providing advice to the Team.
This fast-paced role will also involve carrying out forecasting and budgeting, and writing reports, variations, and cost reports.
Requirements:
Strong, Public Sector Procurement experience.
NEC Contract experience.
Pre and Post-Contract Management experience.
Prior experience within Construction or Rail.
Ideally, CIPS or RICS qualified, or equivalent.
