In-depth understanding of Public Finance Initiatives (PFI). The capability to deliver in-depth legal advice on project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution. Diverse experience in major infrastructure projects, including, but not limited to: Data Centres, Electricity Transmission, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Systems and Networks, and LNG projects such as LNG trains, onshore and petrochemical transport, vessels, and port infrastructure. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
