Interim Deputy Mechanical & Electrical Manager (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £310 per day

PAYE - Reference: RQ1431546 Key Responsibilities: Provide support across key service areas, including Electrical, Lighting, Lifts, Mechanical, Legionella, Domestic Gas, and Communal Gas services. Manage and oversee performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and quality standards. Lead and manage a team of 20+ staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, such as Programme Board and Contractor Core Group meetings. Oversee the management of multi-million-pound contracts across both repairs and capital programmes. Provide detailed reporting and updates to senior management on service delivery, performance, and improvement areas. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering and/or electrical services. Membership in a professional institute such as CIBSE, CIOB, or RICS. Extensive experience managing contracts and delivering large-scale programmes in social housing or a related environment. Proven ability to manage large teams and lead complex projects effectively. Strong contract management expertise, including overseeing multi-million-pound contracts. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior management and stakeholders. This is a Full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
