Central England Contract Are you back in housing development? The housing development market has been quiet over the last year, but things are looking more positive. A client based in Central England is looking for a Development Manager. You will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week as you will be managing members of staff. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out acquisitions for new social housing. Developing small plots up to 100 units. Possibly looking at some small refurbishment projects on social housing.
