It is imperative that the Employee Relations Manager brings strong written communication skills and demonstrable experience in managing a varied caseload. Healthcare experience would be preferable; however, a general commercial background in areas such as retail would also be considered.
This role is 100% remote and will run for three months initially. We have an assignment rate on offer of £400 per day inside IR35 and immediate starts available.
For this role, you will need:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Employee Relations Manager Demonstrable experience managing a large and varied caseload Strong written communication skills (ability to write reports and outcome letters to a high standard) Healthcare background or experience in commercial business also considered
