Interim Engineering Technical Lead

Interim Engineering Technical Lead focuses on provide technical leadership and mentorship across mechanical engineering, software engineering, and signal processing disciplines.

What the role involves

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across mechanical engineering, software engineering, and signal processing disciplines.
• Managing the relationship with our external manufacturing partner including quality control, root cause analysis, and supplier interactions.
• Overseeing final FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) testing and verification to ensure product performance meets customer specifications.
• Leading supply chain management and stakeholder communication during this critical phase.
• Serve as the technical decision-maker and sounding board for the engineering team during product refinement.
• Maintaining quality standards, documentation, and change control processes (ISO9001 certified).

Skills and requirements

• Ability to be Onsite regularly (minimum 3 days/week initially) to build rapport with the team and understand the physical product.
• Work on cutting-edge technology with genuine market demand and a healthy customer pipeline.
