Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides a range of support and administrative services to the CEO and other members of the IG Leadership Team to promote efficient service delivery and effective management of the Executive office.
The individual in this role is required to maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment in dealing with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures.
In this role, you will:
Triage, proofread, compose, and respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the CEO and other Executives.
Prepare selective summaries and any follow-up actions for the CEO.
Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar including prioritising and resolving related conflicts and competing demands.
Organise and coordinate business travel and related requirements including travel authorisations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers and expense reports.
Provide support in arranging meetings, including collation of speaking notes and/or briefing notes and handling logistics.
Coordinate, plan and organise small-to-large-scale meetings.
Perform general clerical duties and completion of forms on behalf of the CEO.
Contribute to the excellent reputation of the CEO’s office through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

What you’ll need:
A minimum of 7-10 years supporting C-Level Executives.
Degree in business management or related field, or training in secretarial skills, office management and/or administrative studies.
Experience in organising meetings, preparing and monitoring budgets, assisting with travel and hotel accommodations, and providing general office operations support.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Expert-level written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proofreading.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
