Interim Finance Business Partner (12 Month FTC)
Location: Eccles, United Kingdom Salary: Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days remote) We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a property group based in Eccles. The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will provide proactive financial and commercial support to the finance team and wider organisation. You will work closely with budget holders and stakeholders, offering expert advice and insightful analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with operations teams building relationships and enhancing financial awareness. Deliver financial analysis and reconcile funds received from funders. Reconcile between various operational and financial systems, tracking the transaction process effectively. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to build and maintain cash flow reporting models. Assist in the delivery of monthly management accounts, providing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required. Support the Project Accounting Manager in preparing the company's financial regulatory returns. Assist with the production of service charge accounts and collaborate with the Financial Reporting Manager on departmental variance analysis reports. The Person
Qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or QBE would be considered Strong business partnering skills, supporting budget holders effectively. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel skills, with experience in handling large datasets. Organised, deadline-driven, and an excellent communicator. The Package
