Job Description Responsibilities Partner with consignment vendors to reconcile physical stock with stock records and vendor files, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Investigate discrepancies identified during reconciliations or stock counts and agree on statements and balances with vendors. Raise consignment purchase orders or returns as part of variance investigations or reconciliation processes. Create payment and credit forms to support consignment stock adjustments, collaborating with the Purchase Ledger team to issue vendor credits and payments. Perform authorised manual stock adjustments in Business Central, ensuring compliance with internal controls. Maintain and update relevant trackers, such as vendor reconciliation logs, to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and provide supporting commentary for consignment stock. The Successful Applicant Advanced Excel Skills:

Proficiency in handling and analysing large data sets efficiently. Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in handling financial data and reconciliations. System Proficiency:

Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems, such as Business Central or similar ERP platforms. Accountability:
