This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation within the market. The Interim Finance Director will be working closely with the Senior Management team, ensuring robust financial controls & processes are in place, to assist the business in continuing their impressive expansion. This will suit an individual who is adept with being hands-on with the monthly management accounts cycle and having an eye for detail with an ability to identify efficiencies. About you Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 6+ years post qualification experience Successfully leading, developing, and supporting people Proven experience of leading a finance function, ideally with the evidence of implementing change Strong communicator, with a hands-on approach and a flexibility to work What you'll do Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and support Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Implement financial strategies Streamline cash flow management Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations If you are interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
