Job Description Overseeing the accounting & finance department and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Developing and implementing financial strategies for the property industry. Preparing financial reports and presenting them to the management team. Collaborating with team members to achieve financial targets. Driving process improvements in the finance department. Managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensuring accurate financial reporting and record keeping. Assisting in the development of strategic financial plans. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Finance Manager should have: Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance (ACCA or ACA) Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting principles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
