Job Description
Developing and implementing financial strategies
Overseeing the accounting department and its operations
Ensuring legal compliance in all financial functions
Producing and presenting financial reports to management
Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities
Contributing to business decisions with financial insights
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations
Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Professional certification such as ACA
Audit experience, ideally Top 10 trained
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced demanding environment
Experience in Private Equity backed business
Demonstrable experience implementing robust financial control processes
