across management accounts, payroll, accounts payable, and treasury. Your Role:

As Interim Financial Controller, you'll oversee delivery of the monthly management accounts and board pack reporting for the Group, the oversight of the cost accounting and accounts payable team, staff payroll and contractor payroll teams, and the Group treasury function.

Responsible for;

Financial Management, Reporting & Operational Delivery Oversee all aspects of cost financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the Group entities. Strategic Planning Work alongside senior leadership to develop and implement financial policies and processes aligned with the company's business objectives. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and reviews on a monthly or quarterly basis. Ensure compliance with changing employment legislation in staff and external contractor payroll processes. Under the guidance of the Group Tax Director, ensure compliance with UK tax laws, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax. Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits and adherence to statutory requirements. Team Leadership and Development Lead and manage a team of 15 across management accounts, accounts payable, staff and contractor payroll, and treasury, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You Bring:

ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified

with proven financial leadership experience. A solid understanding of

UK accounting standards

and experience managing overseas operations. Strong analytical skills

and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with

financial software

like Microsoft Business Central. A

hands-on, strategic mindset
