Skills and requirements
- Experience of vendor and stakeholder management and influence, KPIs/SLAs and issue resolution.
- Role is very much flexible and reactive – it will be a cases of picking up what needs doing and running with it.
- A few general deliverables are as follows.
- Work with the Global Process Lead to build the payroll community within BSI, through information sharing, positive action and communication.
