Job Description
Provide strategic and operational financial direction.
Oversee all financial aspects of company strategy and take hands-on lead on executing this strategy.
Ensure financial systems and processes are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Work closely with the senior management team to ensure they are provided with relevant and timely financial information.
Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.
Engage with auditors and manage the audit process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
A professional accountancy qualification - ACA, CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent.
Experience in a senior financial managerial position.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
A strong ethical approach to finance management.
