Job Description Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance Department. Developing and executing the financial strategy of the company. Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting practices and procedures. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors. Overseeing budget planning and monitoring financial performance. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions. Guiding financial decisions by applying company policies and managing risks. Contributing to the company's mission and strategic direction as part of the executive leadership team. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Head of Finance should have: A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance. Proven leadership skills in managing a finance department. Strong understanding of statutory accounting practices and procedures. Excellent financial and business acumen. Ability to develop and implement financial strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and financial institutions.
