Interim Head of HR - 9 month assignment - £900 per day- 3 days per week in the London office -SME Private Equity A SME private equity firm is seeking a 1st in Head ofHR, to come in and set up their HR function. This role will include looking after a core 20Headcount, and their portfolio business. You'll be reporting into the CFO &CEO. This role will be responsible for: Setting up compensation and reward for financialservices roles, i.e. LTIPs, Bonus, Equity Scheme Establishing policies and proceduresEngaging with agencies/search firms to hire intoportfolio businesses HR operations, including employee relations,onboarding, and benefits This role requires someone who has worked withinfinancial services for the past 5 years, reporting into C-Suite level, ideallywithin private equity/venture capital firms. You'll be someone who is fastmoving and has the background of establishing HR functions from grassroots.Having exposure of growing and scaling businesses in EMEA is a preference.
