Oversee complex, safeguarding and legal case challenges. Ensure compliance with the Care Act and related legislation. Oversee safeguarding enquiries, adhering to Making Safeguarding Personal principles. Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality services. Oversee social work teams and ensure operational spend is managed and performance.
About You: Registered Social Worker with professional qualification. Strong background in adult social work, safeguarding, legal frameworks, and team leadership. Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. This is a critical leadership role requiring immediate availability.
