Job Title: Interim Home Manager (RGN)
3-month contract with possibility to extend. Salary: £400 per day. Location: Oxford. We are currently working with a leading care provider who is looking for an Interim Home Manager for one of their care homes in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to step in and support the home in the day-to-day operation of the service. You will be responsible for leading the care/nursing team, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the care/nursing team to maintain a high standard of care. Develop care plans and conduct audits. Supervise and support care staff. Communicate professionally with visitors, including family and friends. Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a similar role or managing a team. Compassionate leadership and a commitment to the best care for residents. Excellent time management, delegation, and organizational skills. Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy. Able to act as a positive role model to inspire colleagues. Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain community relationships.
