Your new role
This is a 6-month HR Advisor temporary job on the outskirts of Norwich.
My client is flexible with the days/hours worked per week, and they support hybrid working. They have a purposeful mission and vision and an exciting HR agenda for 2025!
You will be part of a friendly HR team, predominantly supporting case work and absence management. You may also be involved in restructures and performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be an experienced HR Advisor, but this could also be a great development role. We will therefore consider any level of HR experience, provided that you are available at short notice for temporary work and can get to Norwich on a weekly basis.
