Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the HR Director, providing expert guidance on HR strategies and solutions. Lead and implement people-focused initiatives that align with organisational objectives. Support organisational change and development programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees. Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
About You: The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven HR professional with the ability to influence at all levels. You will bring: Demonstrable experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced or change-oriented environment. A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR management. Experience in leading projects or change management initiatives. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
