HR Business Partner , you ll inspire and support a talented Generalist HR Team while working with managers and colleagues to grow people and organizational capability at our busy Manufacturing site. What You ll Be Doing: Lead & Inspire : Coach, develop, and motivate your HR team to achieve their goals. Partner & Advise : Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, offering expert HR advice they can count on. Handle ER Like a Pro : Support employee relations cases and ensure fairness across the board. Drive Change : Lead improvement programs that make a difference for people and the business. Shape Strategy : Help deliver the annual HR plan for the site and contribute to the group HR strategy. Upskill & Develop : Deliver quality training and development initiatives that help people thrive. Data-Driven Decisions : Use HR data to inform actions and show real impact.
