Will consider full or part-time Concept - IT is pleased to be working with a long-standing client as they continue their growth through acquisition. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional with a solid understanding of Employment Law and the TUPE process to lead a project as the company looks to integrate their functions, including people and systems. This role will lead the consultation process and outcomes and will be expected to be professional and considerate in a changing environment for all those involved. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for employees. Oversee redundancy procedures, providing guidance and support to both management and affected employees. Develop and implement HR policies and practices related to TUPE and redundancy. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and best practices. Provide training and support to HR team members on TUPE and redundancy issues. Conduct consultations and negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts during transitions. Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning strategies. Qualifications:

Extensive experience in managing TUPE and redundancy processes. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism. Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects and initiatives.
