We are working with a public body to appoint an Interim HR Leader. This role provides leadership and direction across the organisation's People functions and provides professional HR advice to the CEO, Directors, committees, and Council.
We are looking for an exceptional leader, someone who can lead ongoing change, build relationships with key stakeholders, lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, and make a valuable strategic contribution to the organisation.
Applications are invited from candidates with a relevant professional qualification (Chartered CIPD) and a proven ability in leading a People/HR function. The role requires leadership in the context of complex processes at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing an HR/People system and the ability to shape and develop HR policy, reflecting best practice and the organisation's requirements.
The successful candidate will join an organisation with public interest at the heart of their operations and a reputation for excellence in its work.
This is a full-time position, running for a period of up to six months.
