Client Details Our client is an esteemed establishment in the not-for-profit sector, who are committed to making a positive impact in the Canterbury community. They are seeking an interim HR Manager for a period of 4-6 weeks. Description Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Dealing with ER matters Manage the recruitment and selection process Profile A successful 'HR Manager' should have: A degree in Human Resources or CIPD qual Immediately available and able to commit to a 4-6 week assignment Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive People-oriented and results-driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Job Offer A competitive hourly rate An inclusive and supportive work environment Temporary role with immediate start Located in the beautiful historic city of Canterbury If you believe you are a suitable candidate for this HR Manager role and are excited about making a difference in the not-for-profit sector, we encourage you to apply today.
