Your new role
In this newly created role you will be responsible for developing and updating HR documents, policies and procedures to deliver a suite of HR documents that provide content that is 'user centric' and enables the organisation to meet its regulatory and compliance needs, as well as ensuring inclusivity. You will also review people processes, e.g. on/off boarding to ensure the processes are lean, engaging, utilise technology where possible, and provide a positive experience for the people involved.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of reviewing and updating HR documents, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and standardisation. You will have experience of working in post-acquisitive environments within insurance or financial services. You will be able to demonstrate how you track projects and manage multiple projects at any one time. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in a hybrid manner 2-3 days per week from the London office for an initial 6 month period. This role could well be extended for the right person.
