Interim HR Project Manager role with a leading international financial services business where you will have full ownership of the delivery of projects, starting with effective requirements gathering, scope definition, through to delivery and implementation spanning HR process automation, HR systems and compensation projects.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of HR project management within a complex financial services business. You will have managed compensation projects including benefits, pensions and job grading as well as advanced power point and excel skills. You will have excellent stakeholder management experience and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can work in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London City officer, committing to the duration of the 6 month contract.
