Job Description
An interim HR Shared Services Team Lead to:
Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Ensure the timely processing of all HR-related documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee the management of employee data and records.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR processes and systems.
Manage escalated HR issues and queries.
Promote a positive company culture and values.
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim HR Shared Services Team Lead with:
Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector.
Shared services experience
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Able to start immediately
