This is your opportunity to play a key advisory role in a dynamic and innovative global company. The Role: As part of a growing UK team, you will collaborate with the Managing Director and Leadership Team, providing strategic advice on legal risks related to legislation, regulation, and compliance. You will also work closely with the Business Development and Program Management teams, managing commercial and contractual matters. In this pivotal position, you will: Act as a key member of the global General Counsel and Legal team. Negotiate, draft, and review complex agreements with both commercial and government counterparties. Lead the UK legal function, partnering across departments to drive business development and commercial growth. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, experienced professional eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience

in Commercial Law and Contracts within aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries. Qualified solicitor

with a strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks. Proven ability to independently draft, negotiate, and manage high-profile transactions with commercial and government entities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business judgment with analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Core Details: Contract:
